Beach Volleyball Training - Why change the mid-term competition?

This article is to introduce you to some beach volleyball skills, mainly why the player switches sides in the game. Have you seen beach volleyball on t.v. and wonder why the team is changing direction in the middle of the game?

Beach volleyball is a completely different game, not an indoor 6 to 6 volleyball. One obvious difference is that it plays outside of the element. Therefore, you have many other factors to consider, such as the wind and the sun. These are the two main reasons why the team switches between seven aspects in the middle of the game. One side always has an advantage over the other, because the sun will be in the eyes of one team, or the wind will be more favorable to the other than the other. Therefore, in order to eliminate these advantages or disadvantages, when the sum of the two teams adds up to a multiple of 7 or 7, the team will change direction.

For example, when the score is 8 to 6, the team will switch sides. Or, if the score is 14 to 14 or even 14 to 0, they will switch sides to keep everything...
