Basic device used by Pilates

The purpose of the Pilates program is to increase concentration, eliminate stress and tension in the mind and muscles, and make a person's life better through basic exercise, by controlling movement from a strong core development. Joseph Pilates originally developed his method as a mat exercise in 1945 and used several pieces of equipment to help people improve their inner and outer image by feeling and looking good. Each device has its own set of movements and exercises, and focuses on certain aspects of the body.

The Pilates studio uses a variety of devices, mostly for resistance training, allowing people to choose the level of exercise they want to exercise based on their level of health and strength. Modern/contemporary Pilates courses vary from classroom to course and use the basic principles of most modern equipment and exercises from around the world.

So whether you choose classical Pilates or modern Pilates, they are designed to adjust body and mind to work more effectively, increase attention, energy and overall well-being. Each Pilates studio has its own methods, courses and equipment that teachers store or sometimes build according to the teachings of Jos Pilates. It's hard to find the right exercises and places to go today, because in today's life, choices are endless, and studios and exercise programs from around the world are provided to us.
