Great things happen when conscious and subconscious minds work together

The mind is what many of us understand as human cognitive abilities: our thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. When you take the exam, you are using your own thoughts. When you feel happy or sad, you are using your thoughts. When you explain facial gestures in a conversation partner, you are using your own ideas. In fact, every second of your time is using your mind - but you may not always be aware of this.

Consciousness is a key term here because the mind can be divided into two parts: consciousness and subconsciousness. Your consciousness is something you are very familiar with - it is responsible for all the thoughts, feelings and perceptions you know. But the subconscious is more mysterious - but unlocking its secrets can help you understand who you are and why you are.

  Simply put, a conscious mind is everything we know; all the thoughts, feelings, and opinions we can reasonably evaluate. For example, when you talk to a friend, you will find what he or she is saying, and you can give advice because you can assess what they reasonably say through awareness.

  The subconscious mind is like a huge space, containing all the memories, feelings, thoughts, feelings and desires you once had - you just don't know them anymore.
