Tap the power of positive affirmation

Do you really want to change your feelings and behaviors through positive affirmation, eliminate negative thinking, and break through the new era of achievement and happiness? Getting ' unstuck' This is a weird process that I have experienced several times, which certainly helps to turn the experience of those who successfully reverse the negative mindset into strong, positive thoughts.

Of course, to experience the overall personal accomplishment on a huge level, it is important to change your mindset - one way that is useful to many people is through positive affirmation.

The combination of introspection and positive affirmation is an extremely powerful combination that can defeat negative thinking and improve your positive mentality.

However, for many people, they have tried affirmation, they noticed no difference - is it useful for everyone?

There are three key factors in using positive to express positive thoughts and positive outcomes in life:

1. They must be based on achieving goals and goals that are consistent with your inner goals and beliefs. If you develop your affirmation around the inner goals you don't believe, you will hijack achievements at some point.

You must always use affirmation. Don't expect to try and be sure to see major changes in your life in a few days. Positive positives will cumulatively affect your life - positive results will expand over time.

3. My experience is that you need to pay attention to a short period of time rather than dozens of them over a period of time. I like to pay attention to 5-10 one-month affirmations, depending on my goals, and then replace them with another one next month. For some goals, you may want to stick with them for a year or more.

With these core principles in mind, here are some other tips for developing effective affirmations.

1] Write affirmation in the current view. The goal is to create your true thoughts and related feelings, in fact, it is true now [not in the future or in the past]

For example, "I am very happy. When I stand up and speak in a public lecture class, I feel very confident."

2] Write down your affirmation and make you feel "feeling" in your emotions. You can make more "real" affirmations, they make you feel comfortable, happy or look more interesting, you will get better results.

3] Your affirmation should be about having what you want instead of avoiding what you don't want.

For example, I don't want to feel tired, I should rephrase, read "I am full of inner energy electric vibration, you can make full use of endless energy"

4. Determine your affirmation, not say "I believe I will..." or "I feel that I am energetic..." Saying "I am energetic" or "I am ready to get endless Endless energy"

5. Describe and describe your feelings... For example, "I am cashing my first $10,000 check and enjoying the warmth that it brings to me because I immediately donated $1,000 to XYZ Charity" The important thing is that you really imagine that you received a check for $10,000. How do you feel when you get it? Who are you telling, what is their answer? What does it feel like to decide to give you a $1,000 charity? How do your family and neighbors react when you tell them about the check? If you see $10,000 in your bank account, how happy do you feel?

I recently started writing a set of descriptors about each positive image and feeling so that I can use them every day when I look back.

Here are some simple and effective affirmations [remember, don't use them unless they match your main purpose, and you really want output as your top priority in your life]

"I spent 30 days in the ocean, enjoying so much fun, watching my children completely innocent and blending with nature"

"Now, I am talking to my wife about the next step in her life, this is a fascinating and exciting conversation"

"Today I spent an hour with my children because my business allowed me to spend this fun and exciting time at home and financially safely."

"At our dinner date, I was fascinated by my girlfriend, we laughed happily and shared intimate ideas"

"I am completely confident that my boss will raise $20,000 and know that I will increase far more than my company's top line."

"I am very grateful to be able to stimulate in the forest, the energy generated by walking"

"In any social setting, I am completely confident, confident and relaxed"

An important part of affirmation is the complete transition from the most negative mode of thinking to the growing positive mode of thinking, which becomes a habit of positive thinking and becomes as automated as your current negative thinking.

Use these techniques to develop your own positive positive list, use visualizations to describe that you have achieved your goals, repeat your affirmation at least twice a day for the next 30 days, and you will begin to notice an overall change in your awareness. Suddenly, the law of attraction will begin, and you will mysteriously see more enrichment into your life. The sooner you start, the sooner you experience this fundamental improvement in your life.
