Use furosemide as a pre-match diuretic

One of the final stages of preparation before the bodybuilding competition is to remove the subcutaneous water from under the skin. This is done by using a sauna, water shortage and the most common diuretics.

A diuretic is a supplement that forces the body to expel a few pounds of fluid from the body, usually within 2 to 5 hours. Diuretics are used to allow bodybuilders to show the usually hidden muscle strikes and veins. Long-term or extreme use of diuretics can lead to organ failure or death. Always be cautious and never be supervised by a doctor.

Furosemide is a commonly used potassium-sparing diuretic for bodybuilders. A 40 mg pill usually causes 5 pounds of fluid to drain in 2 to 4 hours. Furosemide is marketed under a number of brands including Aisemide, Beronald, Desdemin, Discoid, Diural, Diurapid, Dryptal, Durafurid, Errolon, Eutensin, Frustetic, Frusid, Fulisix, Fuluvamide, Furesis,...
